That's really neat! I like the idea that this sort of automates the steps in a readme, rather than trying to be a Make/Rake replacement. The fact it can fail midway thru, and you can look at the readme with the steps already done checked off is a nice flow for this sort of thing. A bit kinder of a fail state than most task runners.
