Ask HN: Who is hiring? (April 2025)

Please state the location and include REMOTE for remote work, REMOTE (US) or similar if the country is restricted, and ONSITE when remote work is not an option.

Please only post if you personally are part of the hiring company—no recruiting firms or job boards. One post per company. If it isn't a household name, explain what your company does.

Please only post if you are actively filling a position and are committed to responding to applicants.

Commenters: please don't reply to job posts to complain about something. It's off topic here.

Readers: please only email if you are personally interested in the job.

Searchers: try http://nchelluri.github.io/hnjobs/, https://hnresumetojobs.com, https://hnhired.fly.dev, https://kennytilton.github.io/whoishiring/, https://hnjobs.emilburzo.com, or this (unofficial) Chrome extension: https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/hn-hiring-pro/mpfal....

Hey cliornd.I hope this message finds you well. I have a few questions I am hoping to ask: Is the devops role open to international applicants and provides visa sponsorship for overseas candidates? Are there any resources or articles you could recommend that discuss the current job market in Canada for overseas job seekers? I am planning to move to another country from Asia

Stack Auth is building an open-source authentication platform (think of open-source Auth0/Clerk). We help startups and indie hackers to create new web projects quickly. Check out our GitHub github.com/stack-auth/stack-auth and try it out!

You should join Stack Auth if any of these are true:

- Devtools are fun, and you spend way too much time thinking about programming languages, databases, and/or web frameworks

- Auth has always been a pain point, and you genuinely believe you could do it better

- You’ve always loved working on side projects, even if you’re only serving yourself as an audience

We just finished YC and have been facing enormous growth. Now, we’re looking for smart, technical folks who love engineering as much as we do.

Salary range: $100K-170K, equity range: 0.5%-1.5%

On-site San Francisco
