You can file a report against them here-https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/ keep screenshots if you tell them to leave you alone and they keep messaging, even if under different emails. Small claim attorneys will work cases like this under contingency and you can sue for repeated harassment. They have contacted me several times despite asking them not to and being on the do not contact list :/
