With a deep technical background and a passion for people, I've served as a vital liaison between development, support, and users. I've empowered my support team, advocated for client needs in product discussions, and collaborated directly with engineers to ensure software solutions are both innovative and user-friendly, ultimately enhancing overall product satisfaction. I also have over 12 years' experience in a startup-like environment, helping my current company grow from 5 employees to over 50.I'm organized, thoughtful, thorough, and I'm ready for a new challenge. I would be a great fit to manage and build a support team, as an account manager, as a product manager, or as a project manager as I've filled all of those roles in one way or another in the last decade.

Quick Intro: Hi, I’m Jagdish — a backend engineer who loves building fast, reliable systems.
I work with Rust, Node.js, and Go to design scalable microservices, event-driven pipelines, and distributed infra. I contribute to open-source projects like Apache DataFusion and believe in clean architecture, TDD, and performance-first design.
Let’s build systems that don’t break at scale.

Hi, I'm Mariusz. I have 14 years of experience building scalable apps using Ruby on Rails with startups from US, Canada, Europe, Australia and Taiwan. Most recently, I've been a part of a hybrid team working on a content creators platform at Playboy. I'm interested in both tech lead and senior/staff level individual contributor roles alike and I'm open to work with other tech stacks too, e.g. Elixir, Golang, Node.js or help out with ML integrations.

Hi!I'm Eric, full-stack software engineer with 12+ YOE. Before becoming a software engineer I spent almost 10 years in sales and marketing. Holding titles such as Director of Sales and Director of Consumer services. I initially got into tech to solve my own problems, and as the saying goes, one thing led to another and I've been loving my time as a software engineer.
I specialize in full stack to the core. From DevOps/IaC to CICD to frontend styling, I'm comfortable and experienced in all aspects.
Interested in linking with companies willing to exploit all of my experience to deliver tangible impact.
Cheers!

I'm a developer who believes code isn't valuable unless it's used. That's why I start with conversations, not commits. I work to understand real problems before reaching for shiny new packages. I build tools that are simple, effective, and easy to adopt. My goal is always to solve the problem and make sure people know there’s a solution.
In my next role, I'm looking to work with a team that values clarity and impact. I'm especially interested in data heavy environments where thoughtful tooling can make workflows better.
Most recently, I built [Buckaroo](https://github.com/paddymul/buckaroo) an open source data table for Jupyter using Pandas/Polars. It combines fast rendering, summary stats, and a low-code UI. It scratches an itch I've had for over a decade and has already streamlined my own analysis workflow.

Technologies: I'm David, a Rails dev and engineering leader, with 10+ years shipping Rails apps to production and leading teams doing the same. I started in Rails back in Rails 2 and have been in the Rails world ever since. I'm known in the Rails world for my writing (including a book) on the Hotwire stack.
I've led product and engineering at bootstrapped SaaS companies as part of product orgs ranging in size from just me to > 100, and I've directly managed teams of 18 while still keeping my hands close to the code, and close to the product roadmap.
I do some consulting with early stage founders, writing code, hiring and coaching teams, and helping get new products to market. I would love to shift back out of consulting and into my next full time role, preferably somewhere where I can wear both an engineering and a product hat, with the chance to make a big impact.
