1. Detected and shut down a cyber attack hidden in marketing analytics.
2. Trained non-technical staff to handle tech tasks, giving the whole department more focus on strategic direction by utilizing my past experience as a coding bootcamp instructor.
3. Built LLM workflows (that always have a last human step at the end), saving 2000 hours of work.
4. Launched several marketing sites that opened new traffic channels.
5. Shipped SaaS features that secured their biggest client while broadining product usefulness.
6. Replaced an unsafe ad-hoc DSL by training users in type-safe practices, saving hundreds of hours. This was seen as impossible.
