Major Incident: Take Command before your IT hits the fan.
Hi, I’m Vincent — a one-man consultancy for service managers who need a second brain, a sounding board, or someone who’s seen worse.
With over a decade of hands-on experience in IT and Logistics operations, service quality, and process improvement, I help teams under pressure make sense of what’s actually happening, and what to do next.
Common reasons clients call me in: – Support is overwhelmed and nothing’s improving – Tooling, processes and roles are unclear, but nobody has time to fix it – Team leads or Service Managers are stuck and need a sparring partner – Leadership wants answers, and all you have is noise
This is call-a-friend consulting. Tactical. Direct. Remote-first.

I’m a software developer with 12+ years of experience building all kind of apps, from decentralized applications, on-device AI agents, real-time collaboration frameworks, and blockchain-based platforms - all while wearing many hats across frontend, backend, mobile, DevOps, security (OSCP certified), OSINT, and knowledge-graph domains. Lately I've been active in the AI space like LLM powered apps, agent orchestration (mastra, langchain, llama index, convex), decentralized identity (DID / VC), local-first (Automerge), on-device inference (ONNX), multi-platform apps.
I'm looking for a job and can help you guys with anything. Thanks.

I've been designing and developing digital musical instruments and synths for more than 10 years, including two commercial products used by professional musicians around the world.
Combined with a background in HCI research, I offer strategic assistance, interaction design, and software development services to companies interested in building reliable interactive products, be they hardware or software.
I work using a positive, humane, and mindful approach aimed at understanding the underlying needs of stakeholders and making the best of a situation. I try to avoid dogmatism in my own thinking but at the same time respect existing rules and processes.
I'm currently working with a handful of small companies as well as a public research institution, and I'm looking to expand my network outside of France.
If you have needs that intersect my background and interests, or if you want to chat about making fun, profound, and expressive tools, or anything pertaining to HCI, software, DSP, or music, don't hesitate to contact me!

Hi there! I'm Mark and I've worked alternately as an engineer and entrepreneur for fifteen years, in Beijing, in the SF Bay Area and remotely. Most of my work has been with smaller startup teams, but I've worked at a large scaleup as well. Experience building tech for education, real estate, automated trading, e-commerce and gig platforms. I also have some experience rescuing outsourced projects
I generally work in spurts 1-4 year spurts (either a single role or a series of contracts) and then take an extended break to learn new skills. Now looking for a contractor role at a 5-20 person startup. I prioritize learning and impact.
Languages: English (native), Mandarin (years of use professionally), Japanese (previously a ~B2 level, now limited)
I'm a jack-of-all-trades software engineer who's done extensive "founding engineer" work in the context of both VC-backed startups and for smaller contract gigs over a period of about 10 years.
I have strong technical foundations, good product sense, and have gone deep with AI/LLM tech both in the sense of being able to use it effectively, and in exploring the design space for products/tools leveraging it.
Tools I use most frequently these days: Typescript, node, React, pnpm+vite. I've also done extensive work with three.js in the past. I used to write a lot of Java and a bit of Objective C, have dabbled in Rust and Elixir.
I've done a lot of work in developer tools and data visualization of various kinds. Data-rich, non-traditional UIs with highly optimized UX, and rapid prototyping are my forte.
