I really want to see non-compliant companies called out. How can we do that?
A reply with a simple "we have too many qualified applicants, sorry you weren't chosen," would be fine. But that didn't happen, either the message or the reality, did it? The post appearing again proves that.

That domain has never been mentioned on HN before this, it does not appear in search engine results apart from those indexing that comment, and it has no recorded history of any kind.
