Cyberus Technology | https://cyberus-technology.de | Software Engineer | REMOTE (Germany, Spain, Canada) | Full-time

Our mission is to build open-source digital infrastructure that stands the test of time. We engineer modular, transparent and reproducible software that “just works,” empowering organisations to run critical systems safely for decades.

Guided by science, data and a deep respect for democracy and human rights, we act as a trusted, family-friendly partner for both customers and teammates. We contribute actively to local, national and global open-source communities while continuously shrinking our environmental footprint. Lean processes, smart automation and sustainable profitability keep us independent—and ready to collaborate for the long run.

CtrlOS is our long-term supported downstream version of NixOS, and it’s a strategically important project for our organization. It forms the foundation for a wide range of customer solutions and internal systems. Building and maintaining CtrlOS is not only technically exciting — it’s also a rare opportunity to bring NixOS to a whole ecosystem of devices.

We’re looking for someone who brings energy, curiosity, and a strong drive to get things done. You don’t need to know everything — none of us do — but you should be excited to explore new territory, solve real problems, and help shape something meaningful.

If you’re interested please e-mail us at jobs@cyberus-technology.de

Breezy | Product Engineer (Fullstack) | Remote (US) | Full-time | $175k–200k + Equity | https://www.getbreezyapp.com

Breezy is modern field service software for residential HVAC companies. We combine strong product design, close customer collaboration, and best-in-class technology (including LLMs, when they’re the right tool for the job) to help contractors run better businesses. We’re already replacing legacy systems like ServiceTitan and Housecall Pro.

We’re a small, senior team with a track record of scaling successful startups. We work fast, stay focused, and take pride in shipping high-quality software with a strong sense of ownership.

We’re hiring a senior Product Engineer to help build and shape the product. You’ll contribute across the stack (TypeScript, React, Node.js, PostgreSQL) and own features from concept to production. You’ll play a key role in a high-velocity environment where ideas quickly turn into shipped product.

We’re looking for someone with broad technical range, depth in a few areas, and strong product instincts. Someone who’s practical, self-directed, and cares about building things that actually have an impact on our customers' lives.

Tech Stack: TypeScript, React, Node.js, PostgreSQL Comp: $175–200k + equity, full health benefits, 401(k), remote-first with periodic team offsites To apply: Email jobs+july25@getbreezyapp.com with your resume and links to your work (Github, LinkedIn, Personal Site)

Carbon AI | Founding Eng | Remote-first (US) | https://carboncre.ai/

- Product: AI-automated commercial real estate workflows to tackle necessary but mind-numbing tasks that human analysts typically perform.

- Funding. $4m seed round from Bling Capital, who also funded the last startup my cofounder and I created in the same space (exited to Built Technologies, which represents 10% of all US construction spend)

- Traction. We’re still building out the product, but have design partnerships with 4 prominent firms in our space, who together comprise 25% of the market we’re targeting.

- Team. You'd be joining as Eng #2 to pair with our Founding AI Eng. In addition to me and my cofounder, Josh, we also have 3 ex-Google/Uber contractors helping us build faster. Our plan is to transition all development in-house though.

- Tech stack. TypeScript, React, NodeJS, Express, GraphQL, Postgres

- Comp. $175-225k base + above-market equity.

Note that while this is a remote-first role, we value having some in-person collaboration so we’d be looking for you to visit our office in Philly ~1x/month.

New Public (https://newpublic.org) | Senior+ Software Engineer | REMOTE (US, Canada) | Full-time | 160-175k

We are working with a consortium of public broadcasters around the world to create a publicly-owned public-interest online space that helps people with different viewpoints understand each other and relate to each other. This project has a lot of momentum behind it, particularly as recent political changes in the US are getting countries interested in the idea of digital sovereignty.

Our partners have a combined regular audience that collectively includes a substantial fraction of the western world, so if we get the product to a good enough state that they can promote it aggressively, it has the potential to be one of the biggest and most important platforms in the world.

The New Public dev team currently consists of me, Rob Ennals (ex Google, Meta, Quora), Blaine Cook (created Twitter), and Daniel Bachhuber (ran Wordpress.com), so it's a fun team to be on. We also have very strong experienced Designers and PMs.

Particularly interested in people with experience working on social products, experience being a core developer of a large product with lots of external contributors, or a deep interest in helping people with different viewpoints relate to each other.
