At Tandem Health we're building a clinician copilot to allow clinicians to focus on care rather than administration. We’re building, launching and iterating quickly, and are already rolling out across some of the largest care chains across Europe, including most of the NHS.
Our first product listens in to the patient-clinician encounter to generate medical records, allowing clinicians to save 5-10 minutes per patient. No longer do clinicians have to catch up on administration after hours.
We’re expanding our Stockholm team with exceptional builders in a wide range of roles.

At SkySafe we build drone detection and tracking at scale.
I am looking for a Wireless Communications Engineer with SDR expertise to join my team; I'm the hiring manager.
What I'm looking for:
* Background in wireless communications / signal processing theory and math.
* Experience building software-based wireless modems.
* Experience writing and optimizing software-defined radio code in C++ directly.
What you'd do:
* Implement all components of software defined modem systems from specifications and alongside our reverse engineering team (no RE experience necessary!)
* Optimize existing software defined modem systems from both a theory and practice perspective - that is, make both conceptual improvements to algorithmic approaches as well as practical improvements to implemented code.
* Architect and implement high-level improvements to SDR systems (scheduling, compute offload, etc.).
We have a strong system in place for remote SDR work and are open to remote candidates for this role. If you're in San Diego and want access to an office with nice equipment, that's even better. This position requires access to technology which is controlled by US Export laws, so you also need to be an eligible US Person.
What we have to offer: $145-200k. Fun, small team dynamic. Work with experts in adjacent fields. Startup environment with good work-life balance and limited red tape. Rapid iteration and feedback in the wild - make a change, deploy it, and see telemetry come back in the same day. Good equipment at the office.
Apply: brian@ for a direct line, https://jobs.lever.co/skysafe for the formal route (we have some other roles I'm not the HM for listed there, too, if you're interested in the company!)
Hey this is Dixon from Canopi, a workforce risk intelligence platform built for ground transportation operators. Our AI engine continuously monitors driver eligibility signals and surfaces real-time alerts before a carrier loses a driver, gets fined, or faces a liability event. We are not a compliance tool. We are the autonomous brain that makes driver risk intelligence possible at scale.
Canopi is a Microsoft for Startups company building entirely on Azure, and is hiring engineers who want to build something that doesn't exist in the market today. We are open to an equity-first engagement while we close our seed round.
Reach out to dixon@canopi.work and mention HN in your email!
CivAI is a non-profit that educates policymakers and the public about AI risks using live software demonstrations. As a member of technical staff, you will be responsible for conceiving of, and building end-to-end, the software demonstrations that are the core of what we do. These will explain both prosaic AI capabilities and more nascent ones that are fast approaching.
- Stack: SvelteKit, Python
- Salary: $125-200k
We are a team of expert researchers and engineers focused on securing embedded devices. We work with partners across critical industries, and on government-funded research programs (think DARPA). "Full-stack" for us doesn't just stop at back end code; it means being comfortable with operating systems, firmware, and signals going over the wire. You'll succeed here if you are a quick learner who loves working independently on tough, technical problems nobody has ever solved before.
Day-to-day tasks might include:
* Tearing apart a device in our lab, reverse engineering its firmware, and finding security vulnerabilities
* Developing an automated, robotic platform for hardware reverse engineering (custom hardware, vision models, user interfaces, etc.)
* Hooking and patching RTOS kernel functions to execute defensive device integrity validation code, without violating real-time requirements
* Building scalable servers for processing millions of device telemetry messages across thousands of concurrent connections
* Maintaining open-source reverse engineering tools (like OFRAK https://ofrak.com) and cooking up fun demos for hacker conferences (like this web game we built for DEF CON in 2023 https://ofrak.com/tetris/)
Our main office is in Manhattan, but we are building out a new office in Northern Virginia. US citizenship required. Bonus points if you have an active security clearance, or are willing to get one.
Be sure to mention Hacker News in your application.
At Factory we build Droids, autonomous software development agents that review PRs, implement features, run tests, fix incidents, and handle migrations for enterprise engineering teams. Droid is model agnostic and surface agnostic, and works across your CLI, IDE, Web/Desktop app, CI/CD, Slack, and Linear. Customers include Nvidia, Adobe, Adyen, Klarna, and Ernst & Young.
We raised a $150M Series C at a $1.5B valuation, backed by Khosla Ventures, Sequoia, Blackstone, Insight Partners, NEA, and NVIDIA.
We're hiring across the stack:
- AI Engineer: agentic systems, LLM integrations, evals
- Fullstack Engineer: platform, APIs, auth, billing, terminal UIs
- Frontend Engineer: web and desktop apps (React, TypeScript, Electron)
- Platform Engineer: infrastructure, sandboxing, CI/CD, cloud
- Product Engineer: end-to-end feature ownership
- Data Engineer: pipelines, analytics, telemetry at scale
- Security Engineer / Research Engineer
Stack: TypeScript, React, Node.js/Bun, Python, GCP/AWS, Firestore, Electron.
We're also hiring in these roles: Enterprise & Mid-Market AEs, Solutions Engineers, Forward Deployed Engineers, Product Marketing, Product Manager, Product Designer, Partnerships, and Operations (RevOps, BizOps, People Ops, Recruiting). Some roles available in NYC and London.
In-office 5 days a week in SF (walking distance to Caltrain). Catered lunch and dinner, full medical/dental/vision, 401(k).
If you have strong opinions about how AI should actually work for production engineering systems at enterprise scale: we want to talk.

We built the largest open-source AI pentesting framework — 25k GitHub stars, 80k active users, 15B LLM tokens processed daily, 1,800 pentests run per day. Two of us right now. You'd be the third.
Looking for a founding-engineer engineer who's done 0→1 before and wants to own the architecture of something already at scale. You'll touch everything — infra, product, research tooling. Python/TypeScript stack, AI-native workflows, real security problems.
Email hiring@usestrix.com — tell us something you've built and why it was hard.
