TrakPro | Senior Rails Engineer | REMOTE (overlap with Ireland 9–5 GMT) | €48–60k/yr

We're a construction payment management SaaS based in Ireland. Main contractors and subcontractors use us to track subcontracts, payment applications, and retentions — replacing the spreadsheets they currently rely on. Small team of 5 (3 in engineering), customers in Ireland and the UK.

We're hiring our 3rd engineer. You'd own features end-to-end alongside our two existing engineers. Async-first, fully remote, real product ownership.

What we want: - 5+ years shipping Rails in production - Daily Claude Code or Codex user with a real workflow, your own skills/hooks/commands, opinions on when to override the agent, habit of reviewing AI output as critically as a junior PR - Strong written English, calm under customer-facing pressure

Stack: Rails 8, Hotwire (Turbo + Stimulus), Postgres, RSpec, AWS, GitHub Actions

Apply: product-hiring@trak-pro.com please share your resume and a one paragraph note on your AI workflow (tools, skills, hooks, or commands you've built). https://trak-pro.com

PlantingSpace | Full-time | Remote (EU time zone) + Quarterly Meet-ups | https://planting.space

We're building a system that represents domain knowledge as modular probabilistic models — making analysis rigorous and transparent. Users can connect these models flexibly into larger structures. The system enforces consistency across them, and propagates uncertainty through each step. Our first applications are in finance and scientific research, with use cases ranging from equity valuation and distress monitoring, to particle physics.

We’re building out our team in the following areas:

* Product Software Engineering (Quantitative Modeling)

* Program Synthesis Engineering

* Applied Category Theory Research

* Bayesian Software Engineering

* Finance Operations (Accounting, Analytics & Workforce)

We're also looking for Domain Experts to collaborate on high-value use cases -- identifying and validating opportunities, shaping them into working solutions with our engineers, and taking them from pilot to production with real users. Practitioners with expertise in Valuation Models, Quantitative Default-Probability Models, or Interest Rate Prediction Models are particularly relevant right now.

Find out more, and apply at: https://planting.space/joinus/

Spacelift | Remote (Europe) | Full-time | Senior Software Engineer | $80k-$110k+ (can go higher)

We're a VC-funded startup (recently raised $51M Series C) building an infrastructure orchestrator and collaborative management platform for Infrastructure-as-Code – from OpenTofu, Terraform, Terragrunt, CloudFormation, Pulumi, Kubernetes, to Ansible.

On the backend we're using 100% Go with AWS primitives. We're looking for backend developers who like doing DevOps'y stuff sometimes (because in a way it's the spirit of our company), or have experience with the cloud native ecosystem. Ideally you'd have experience working with an IaC tool, i.e. Terraform, Pulumi, Ansible, CloudFormation, Kubernetes, or SaltStack.

Overall we have a deeply technical product, trying to build something customers love to use, and have a lot of happy and satisfied customers. We promise interesting work, the ability to open source parts of the project which don't give us a business advantage, as well as healthy working hours.

If that sounds like fun to you, please apply at https://careers.spacelift.io/jobs/3006934-software-engineer-...

You can find out more about the product we're building at https://spacelift.io and also see our engineering blog for a few technical blog posts of ours: https://spacelift.io/blog/engineering

Hyperspell | YC F25 | San Francisco, ONSITE | $150k-220k + generous equity and benefits | hyperspell.com

I'm Manu, founder of Hyperspell. 14 Years ago I found my first job in tech through Who's Hiring. I take this job board seriously :)

Hyperspell is building Context & Memory for AI agents. We're at the intersection of "future of AI and agentic computing" and "this actually works". We're hiring product, AI, and Platform Engineers in SF: https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/hyperspell

Eagle | Founding Member of Technical Staff | NYC (onsite) | Full-time | $150K–$300K + equity | https://www.eagleeng.com

We’re on a mission to radically transform the way we design and construct our built environment.

Backed by Lightspeed Venture Partners, Eagle acquires civil, structural, and MEP engineering firms and transforms them with applied AI. Our thesis: 85% of what engineers do is automatable, yet less than 5% has been touched by AI; the largest gap of any profession. By arming designers with frontier technology, our ambition is to build the most valuable, talent-dense engineering firm in the United States.

We're looking for our first members of technical staff. If you get excited about building from zero, get energized by direct access to users, and want to work in a problem domain that's barely been touched by AI, we'd love to talk.
