We provide an on-call, incident management, and AI SRE platform. We are used by companies like NVIDIA, LinkedIn, and Dropbox.
We are a YC S21 company with ~100 employees and are very fast-growing. We have 15+ open positions.
AI spend is skyrocketing in the workplace, and leadership can’t attribute, can’t classify, can’t forecast, can’t control that spend accurately. Flowstate is the insights & governance layer for AI workforces.
We are looking for experienced Site Reliability Engineers and Infrastructure Software Engineers to help build, scale, and secure the foundation of MongoDB Atlas, our globally distributed, multi-cloud database platform running across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
SRE at MongoDB is a builder role. We are heavily focused on making the platform more scalable, resilient, secure and self-service.
We have open roles (Senior, Staff, Lead) across several of our core Infrastructure teams:
- Infrastructure Security (InfraSec): Building infrastructure security controls and security observability tooling leveraging eBPF and Linux security mechanisms.
- Fabric: Building out service mesh, networking, and internal traffic routing.
- Storage Layer Services: Building our next-generation disaggregated storage architectures.
- Fleet Management & Deployments: Automating the lifecycle, deployments, and control planes of massive multi-cloud Kubernetes clusters.
- Atlas Infrastructure: Building core infrastructure operations on hundreds of thousands of Linux servers.
You could be a fit if:
- 5+ years of experience in SWE, SRE, or similar roles.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language: Golang, Rust, Python, C/C++ etc.
- Deep understanding of Linux internals, networking, distributed systems, and/or Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- A builder's mentality: you think about failure modes, observability, and operability alongside correctness.

Tenera (https://trytenera.ai) is building the product decision layer for agents and humans, backed by a top tier VC (announcing soon). We help teams validate what they build across the entire software development lifecycle, grounding AI personas in real user behavior and business context, then proving them out by replaying past product decisions.
We are a small, exceptionally talented team (ex-Amazon, Nvidia, Uber, Stanford, CMU) hiring our first engineer. We work onsite in SF five days a week (open to relocation for the right person) and offer meaningful founding equity.
This is an unconventional role. We want an "agent-native" engineer. If you are still writing every function by hand, this isn't for you. You will orchestrate multiple coding agents in parallel, managing worktrees, concurrency, and shared context, while owning the architecture decisions that matter most: big data pipelines, schema design, system tradeoffs, and evals.
Requirements: 3+ years shipping full-stack apps, comfortable with LLM infrastructure and tracing, fluent with git worktrees and isolated workspaces, and strong product taste. Active GitHub contributors preferred.

The cost of homeowners insurance, especially in natural catastrophe prone areas, has skyrocketed in recent years. Annex is solving this problem with better digital infrastructure for executing the transaction. Our platform enables insurance agents to quote and bind policies within 90 seconds vs. the current multi-day phone/email/fax-based transaction that is the status quo.
We grew 4x in 2025 and anticipate similar growth in 2026. We've done the above after deploying <$1.5m in funding. We have significant and growing momentum on both the insurance distribution and insurance capital sides of our business; our challenge now is scaling our engineering team to support that progress.
We're in that exciting early stage, where someone can contribute foundational new pieces to core parts of our platform.
