I have released an open source Big Query Emulator with almost complete parity with BQ provable with actual recorded tests it is available at: https://github.com/jjviscomi/bqemulator I would love any feedback or suggestions but we have been using it in our development, testing, and CI processes for our products for a while. It really helps on our GCP development and testing!
