Healthcare in the U.S. is a mess, and most of the data that could help is locked in places nobody can use. Komodo has mapped the patient journey across the country: diagnoses, treatments, providers, payers. Our customers are pharma companies, payers and health systems that want to act on that picture.
We're building the platform that puts it in their hands. There's an AI analyst that works across the whole map. There are apps that turn a population described in plain English into a full report in seconds, and tools that let analysts open, check and rerun the code behind every answer. Underneath all of it is a single query engine that every app and agent shares, so a new product is weeks of work instead of quarters.
Building has gotten cheap. Deciding what to build is the hard part now, and that's the job. We want product managers who:
• Have shipped data, analytics or developer products that people use every day
• Prototype things themselves with AI coding tools, and would rather show a working version than write a spec
• Can sit with a customer, find the problem underneath the request, and say no to the rest
• Write clearly and briefly
Healthcare experience helps, but it isn't required. Curiosity about how the system actually works is.
Small team, real customers, and more leverage per person than I've seen anywhere. If that sounds like you, email our head of product at kaushal.parikh@komodohealth.com Or me at ramraj.velmurugan@komodohealth.com
Please include the keyword from my HN profile in the subject of the email!

Toolhouse AI builds autonomous AI agents that execute complex, multi-step business operations and workflows across 1,000+ integrations...letting teams delegate repetitive tasks in plain language. We are model-agnostic and serving fast-growing companies and prosumer teams.
We've grown naturally in the last 7 months with a founder-led sales motion this far. But it wont stop here. We need to take it to the next level!
We are hiring our first Head of Sales / Go To Market to build and own our entire revenue engine from 0 to 1.
What you’ll do:
* Own end-to-end sales strategy, outbound pipeline generation, and enterprise deal closing.
* Design and execute our GTM motion for both mid-market/enterprise buyers and self-serve expansions.
* Work closely with our engineering and product people to feed customer insights back into our product roadmap.
* Establish pricing, sales playbooks, customer success handoffs, and contract structures.
What we're looking for:
* 5+ years of experience leading sales/GTM in developer tools or B2B SaaS.
* Proven track record closing early-stage technical buyers, engineering leaders, and ops executives.
* High agency and hands-on execution: you love closing deals yourself before building out a team.
* Deep curiosity about AI, autonomous agents, and tool execution ecosystems.
*Stack & Tools:* LI, Apollo, PHONE, Attio, Notion, Slack, plus our own suite of Toolhouse AI workers.
Apply:
Email us with a brief note on a zero-to-one GTM motion you've already led that you would use as a base of your strategy to hello+hnsales@toolhouse.ai (any other type of reach out will be flagged as spam - please mention this post when reaching out).
Finale Inventory is a SaaS application that helps ecommerce sellers manage their operations efficiently. We integrate with over 25 other systems (Amazon, eBay, Shopify, QuickBooks, etc.) to give our customers a complete picture of their business.
We’re a remote-first team that has built a thriving business grounded on long term relationships with our customers and employees.
Our culture is focused on delighting our customers, honesty, transparency, learning and innovating with our colleagues and customers, and constant improvement.
You'll be joining a team of 15 engineers spread across North America, South America, and Western Europe. We use continuous deployment practices to ship code to production several times per day and have a strong test driven development approach. Our technology stack is predominantly JavaScript (Node.js, React) with C++ used in select places for performance.
Interested? Contact Jason Forbes, Director of Software Development, jforbes@descartes.com.
We are building an investment advisor platform. Raised $5.4M in our recent funding round.
The role requires a passion for writing clean code, extreme ownership, and the ability to operate with a deep understanding of the tech stack. Use AI effectively, but own the fundamentals - You leverage AI tools to move faster and be more productive, but you have deep knowledge of the entire stack. You can explain what the code does, debug when things break, and make architectural decisions without relying on AI to tell you what's right.

We're building the VMware for GPUs. Most GPUs in the cloud sit idle a lot of the time because they're bolted to one machine over PCIe. We decouple them.
Our virtualization layer is a userspace shim, loaded through LD_PRELOAD, that intercepts CUDA calls and ships them over the network to a host with a physical GPU somewhere else in the data center. Workloads run unchanged. When a process goes idle, the GPU detaches and gets reassigned, and reattaches in tens of milliseconds when it's needed again. Think Ceph for GPUs: the GPU becomes a network resource a cluster-wide scheduler can pool and pack.
The hard part is making that fast. We're within ~10% of native on most AI workloads, and it lets us serve ~1.8x more users on the same fleet. We run it in production as our own GPU cloud and sell it to enterprises with underutilized fleets.
Team is from Citadel Securities, Aquatic, Old Mission, AWS, and Bain. Series A, $17.5M raised from Matrix and Y Combinator.
Open roles:
- Software Engineer, C++ Systems ($215K-$325K + meaningful equity). Low-level, latency-sensitive work on the virtualization layer. Quant dev / HFT background preferred: https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/thundercompute/2efae53b-817c-43e7-9...
