Please only post if you personally are part of the hiring company—no recruiting firms or job boards. One post per company. If it isn't a household name, explain what your company does.
Please only post if you are actively filling a position and are committed to replying to applicants.

Voluntas is a trading firm written 100% in Rust. We run systematic strategies, currently specializing in prediction markets, looking to expand our systems more broadly.
We're looking for someone passionate about data collection, clean abstractions, and processing trillions of rows of data. We care about the quality of the code we write, and we prioritize time for our engineers to properly build their systems, instead of pressuring them to churn out AI generated code.
If you're interested, send an email to jobs@voluntas.io with a little bit about yourself. We'll respond with a link to our engineering challenge (in Rust).
Mozilla's New Products group is a small team building new things on top of browser engine technology. We're hiring a hands-on, senior IC to run experiments inside browser engine internals and find out which ideas actually hold up.
What you'd do: design and build experiments in engine subsystems (DOM, layout, accessibility, JS runtime, networking), prototype features that let programs interact with web pages reliably, and measure everything. That means repeatable benchmarks, profiling overhead, and writing up the experiments that didn't work too. You'll use AI tools heavily, but you'll verify what they produce by testing and measuring it.
You likely have: deep experience in at least one browser subsystem, strong C++ or Rust, comfort in a very large codebase, a solid grasp of how the web platform behaves, and a real interest in AI agents and their tooling. Contributions to Gecko, Servo, Blink or WebKit are a big plus.

Paradromics is building a high bandwidth brain-machine interface for clinical use. The implant we built is restoring function to patients by streaming out neural data from specific brain regions in real time, which we convert to e.g. speech using machine learning. Check out our recent article in the NYT: https://archive.ph/C6CRb .
We're looking for help in further developing and hardening our embedded Linux components, which work in tandem with FPGAs and our custom ASICs to read out neural data. Some of the ongoing efforts are: HIL testing on real devices, integrating new sensor ASICs, maintaining our Yocto build system, exploratory work on prototypes, improving our clinical UX, and improving the core code that receives and massages data. The code is largely written in Rust with a little Typescript, (and bash, and bitbake recipes, etc).
You'll be expected to have experience constructing reliable and understandable software in Linux, and some level of experience in building and interacting with embedded hardware. Rust experience is ideal but not necessary. We're not looking for a specific number of YoE, but for motivated and hungry engineers who want to push the frontier of brain-machine interfaces.

Memorang is an "AI stack for education" that helps organizations build, launch, and monetize AI-powered learning and assessment products. Think Vercel plus Shopify for EdTech. We currently operate on an enterprise model, serving as the AI technology and commercial partner behind new product lines for organizations like ETS, McGraw-Hill, Pearson, and the ACT.

Product Engineers Own features from the first rough idea to production. You’ll work across AI workflows, backend systems, and user interfaces, making product decisions along the way. We’re looking for engineers who ask good questions, care about the details users notice, and can turn an ambiguous problem into something useful and shipped.
Stack: TypeScript, React/Next.js, React Native, Node.js, AWS Lambda, Postgres, and Neo4j.
Technical Project Manager Turn complex work into clear plans and keep delivery moving. You’ll coordinate across engineering, design, and customer needs, surface dependencies early, resolve blockers, and keep owners and timelines clear as priorities change.
Ideal background: an engineer who moved into project management, with startup experience and enough technical depth to discuss APIs, architecture, and AI workflows with the people building them.
Why join? A small team, meaningful ownership, and products used by millions. You’ll help shape what we build and how we work, with a short path from an idea to seeing it in users’ hands.
Remote-first, async-friendly, with health and wellness stipends, home-office support, and paid time off.
