My algorithm has not needed an update for a while:

It does have a flaw though where if you are shouting, it returns some false hope.

We seem to be seeing `Github Down` pretty regularly but that seems to be mostly the public facing ones. In the last one year that I have been using Enterprise Github regularly, I don't remember it being down anytime.
