What can go wrong ? I hope sometimes people would stop and think the implications or at-least debate about it. If someone says “what makes you think it was not debated?” Then I would say it’s definitely not debated enough

I genuinely think this is a good idea if implemented well and there is a human backup. I’ve had 911 not answer before. I’ve called for things that I wasn’t 100% sure are valid.

Using it for 311 versus 911 is a distinct difference.

This sounds a little dystopian. How confident are they that this system is reliable? Any downtime could literally result in deaths. I would be highly skeptical of such a system being put in place in my city, not to mention the private company being paid to provide these services
